Last week, we were informed by our landlord that he was going to put the house on the market. That meant that we were no longer able to rent his house. That was an unexpected message. Luckily, he had a friend who was willing to rent out another place.
It’s a beautiful, traditional home that is also in the same premium North East location in Clovis school district. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2-bath room and has a fully equipped kitchen. Can’t wait for the first dinner that’s going to be prepared there 😉 Of course, we did some research of the neighborhood on Streetview. We see how we can live there…
Vorige week kregen we van onze huisbaas te horen dat hij het huis te koop zou zetten. Dat betekende dat we zijn huis niet meer konden huren. Dat was een onverwacht bericht. Gelukkig had hij een vriend die bereid was een andere plek te verhuren. Het is een prachtig, traditioneel huis dat zich ook in dezelfde wijk bevindt. Het heeft 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Kan niet wachten tot daar het eerste diner wordt bereid ;-). Uiteraard hebben we direct de buurt via Streetview verkend. Daar moeten we prima kunnen vertoeven…
